About the Team

Charles Barker

Charles Barker is the Managing Director of PrimeMover Associates and CMI Concord Group, Inc., international firms dedicated to collaboration and conflict management. Both firms are spinoffs of the Harvard Negotiation Project.

For over forty years Charles has advised, taught, coached, and mediated for business, governmental, public interest, academic, and religious organizations world-wide. He has served as a member of the Research Faculty of the Uppsala University Faculty of Law, as a Visiting Professor in collaborative negotiation at the London School of Economics, and as an instructor for the Harvard Negotiation Project and the Duke Center for International Development. Charles’ commercial focus is on health care, financial services, and management consulting. He helps national health care systems, life science companies, governmental agencies, hospitals, patient advocacy groups, HTAs, and payers to build their collaborative negotiation capacity and transform their health care systems in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Esther Nzenza

Esther Nzenza is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with over 24 years of experience across domestic, regional, and international leadership roles. Esther has built and led teams supporting all Commercial Capabilities at an International level, in both Speciality and Rare diseases. As the Founder and CEO of Decisive Consulting, Esther specialises in providing the capacity and capability to enable and empower companies at “decisive moments” of their evolution, with a particular focus on Market Access, Capability Development, and Commercial Strategy. Blending technical understanding, lived experience and a global network of trusted advisers Esther and her team can accelerate and focus plans for International commercialisation.

Dr. Stefan Walzer

Dr. Stefan Walzer started in the area of payer strategy, pricing, health economics, and reimbursement submissions in 2004 and is the founder of various consulting agencies including P&N in Toronto

He previously worked as a payer consultant for various global pharmaceutical and medical device / diagnostic companies, successfully launching their products across the world. 

Dr. Walzer was also the Global Payer Strategy Leader for various products and compounds of F. Hoffmann – La Roche AG, where he successfully developed early payer strategies as well as launched and maintained the reimbursement process for top brands and early compounds.
